In this episode, Cora explains how an abnormal brain diagnosis named chiari where surgeons took a piece of bone out didn’t prevent her from revitalizing health! She couldn’t even stand up without feeling dizzy at times. She says that she signed up for her first 5K within a year after surgery. Her biggest motivation was her 6 year old daughter because she always got winded after just two minutes of playing together. Now she can be a better role model and even exercise with her daughter often! She shares her story often because many ladies who have been diagnosed with chiari choose to give up on themselves and she wants to prove everyone wrong.
