In this episode, Candice explains how even after 7 surgeries, a MRSA diagnosis and giving birth to her daughter she was able to lose tremendous excess pounds. She could not work out for one year and decided at a Christmas party, where she was her largest size ever that she needed to start working out. Some friends and family members were opposed to her eating healthy and exercising. However, she couldn’t fit into her clothes, her self-esteem was low and she wanted to be a great model for her daughter. So, she found new strategies to keep her motivated because eating healthy is SUPER difficult for her.
