In this episode Fran, a grandmother of 5 explains how she connected her weight loss with spirituality and was able to ease off of prescription medication for diabetes and high blood pressure by changing her eating patterns. Her doctor was in awe by the numbers on her medical chart and told her to “keep doing what she’s doing”. Her positive spirit and secrets to stay off of medication and avoid chronic illnesses are bound to encourage you to jump on the healthy train too.
